Short sessions, workouts that adjust to your level, and reminders when you miss a few. RepRival is built to help you keep going.
15 minutes that fit between meetings, after the kids sleep, or before your day starts. No gym, no equipment, no setup.
Most apps let you disappear without saying anything. RepRival checks in after a few missed sessions and gives you a short workout to come back to.
Push-up reps, squat depth, and plank time logged for every session. The bodyweight progressions get harder as you do, so the work compounds.

Open the app and start. RepRival adjusts the exercises, reps, and difficulty based on how you perform, so you are never doing too much or too little.
RepRival uses your iPhone camera to give live cues during each rep. It helps you stay on pace, count reps automatically, and clean up your form as you go.
Challenge friends, climb leaderboards, and track your rank as you get stronger. A little competition goes a long way when motivation runs low.
Most fitness apps wait for you to come back. RepRival sends a reminder when you've missed a few workouts, tracks your streak, and helps you pick things back up.
From setting down your phone to finishing your session in about 15 minutes.
Set your iPhone where it can see you. RepRival guides you into frame before the workout starts.
Choose a short bodyweight workout built for your level, your available time, and the space you already have.
Hear cues, see rep counts, and adjust your movement as you go so you are not left guessing mid-workout.
See your results, streak, and progress after each session, then challenge a friend when you want extra accountability.
RepRival processes movement on your device, not in the cloud. Your camera video is not uploaded, stored, or shared. We only save the workout results needed to track your progress.

I'm Jireh. I worked as a software engineer in the payments industry for a few years and I'm now finishing a master's in computer science focused on machine learning. I started RepRival because every home workout app I tried treated me like I already knew what I was doing.
A few years ago I wanted to start working out, but the gym felt intimidating. So I tried home workout apps. Most of them just showed me a video of an exercise, made me press start, and that was it. I had to guess my own level. I had to figure out if I was doing the movements right. There was no feedback. There was nothing pulling me back when I stopped showing up.
RepRival adjusts to your level automatically. It watches your form so each rep counts. It reminds you when you've missed a few workouts. And it adds leaderboards so showing up actually feels like something.
If you've started a home workout app before and quit a month later, you're not alone. I did too.
